I need some OJT

This is going to be short and sweet today with an explanation about why I need OJT – On the Job Training.  This is a term I learned while serving in the Air Force many moons ago.  Almost everything we did after leaving tech school was taught through OJT.  Basically, if you didn’t have a good trainer you taught yourself a lot.  I have been giving myself OJT on how to do blogs.  Now I am lost.  I feel silly, because I have been semi-attempting to blog since 2011 and have never been able to figure this one out.

Let me explain my need.  I have been reading quite a few other blogs by quite a few great writers.  Every once in a while I will see one of the bloggers has re-posted someone else’s blog on their blog because they liked what was written.  I have found several that I want to re-post, but I just don’t know how.  I have not seen a magic button that I can click on that says REPOST.  What am I missing?  If one of my readers has done this and knows the secret could you please leave me a comment that tells me how.  You will be forever in my gratitude.  I will draw one of my designer pictures as a thank you for the first responder.  This is a picture I drew for my nephew.  Johns Alligator The pictures are done on 9X12 drawing paper with Sharpies and Gel Pens.  I will draw a design of your choice.  Have I bribed anyone yet for help?
